Who these terms are between

This website, chudin.tech, is operated by Chudin Limited, RC 9656012, 19 Harmony Crescent, Baruwa, Ipaja, Lagos State, Nigeria ("Chudin", "we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you engage Chudin for a project, that work is governed by the written proposal and agreement you sign, not by this page.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use the contact form and Free Audit tool for lawful purposes connected with your own business. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its limits, scrape it at volume, or submit content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

The Free Audit tool

• The tool fetches the public pages of the website address you enter and produces an automated report using a language model. The report is a general, machine-generated opinion intended to start a conversation. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice, and it may contain errors.
• Only submit websites you own or have permission to review. You are responsible for that permission.
• Scores and recommendations are indicative. Any estimate of hours or impact is a rough range, not a quotation. A quotation only exists when Chudin issues one in writing.
• We may limit the number of free audits per person or browser, change how the tool works, or withdraw it at any time.

Enquiries and quotes

Messages sent through the contact form are enquiries, not orders. Nothing on this site, including the starting prices on the Services page, is a binding offer. Starting prices show the lowest point of a typical range; the price for your project is the one stated in your written proposal.

Content and ownership

The text, design and code of this site belong to Chudin Limited unless stated otherwise. Portfolio entries link to products that belong to their respective owners, some of them Chudin's own ventures, some client projects, and are shown with permission. You may quote short extracts of this site with attribution. You may not copy the site or its design for commercial use.

Third-party links

The site links to external websites, including portfolio products and social profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site and the Free Audit tool are provided as they are, without warranty that they will be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent Nigerian law allows, Chudin is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on an automated audit report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any liability agreed in a signed client contract.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute about the site will first be raised by email so we can try to resolve it directly, failing which the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
